Sub-Contract
For companies that do not want or, for whatever reason, cannot install their own laser machines we offer a strictly trade only sub-contract service.
This section of Laserite specialises with Nd:YAG laser marking technology. We provide regular services to a broad range of industries marking items from business incentive gifts to shower components to golf club heads. We also offer cutting and engraving services using C02 lasers <150w
There are currently 4 x YAG systems and 4 x C02 systems available for sub-contract services. Our policy is to renew our systems within 2 years of purchase, so ensuring that our machines are always of the very latest technology to provide consistently high quality output, productivity and price advantages.
Typically we operate 10hr working days, 6 days per week. Therefore, our turnaround times are among the fastest available. We have the capacity to operate 24/7 should the need arise and we have processed jobs from one-off items to one particular production run of over 170k pens. This was our largest job to date and it was processed in only 5 weeks.
We have factory trained technicians for set-up and materials testing, experienced graphic design staff using the latest MAC and PC software/hardware, dedicated management and operational staff plus a full-time quality control officer.
We have developed our own production methods over a 12 year period to eliminate all errors except the human factor. For all sub-con work we have an online production system that allows our customers to track and interact with orders in real time as they progress through our production process.
