About the Service
For in excess of 12 years we have provided a strictly trade-only, sub-contract laser marking/cutting service using both C02 (specialising in low power <200w applications) and Nd:YAG marking lasers.
The markets that we cover are many and diverse from general industrial marking of machine components to engraving of prestigious pieces for the awards industry, however, the volume of our sub-contract work relates to Nd:YAG laser marking of premium products, like business gift and incentive items, high value shower components, etc.
Marking such high value pieces requires the highest levels of YAG laser technology. This we apply using a production system that we have ourselves developed in house over many years to a point where many of our competitors try to imitate our production process. Extensive re-evaluation and investment ensures that we provide our clients with fast lead times, the highest possible output quality and a very competitive price with errors being eliminated for all but the human element of the process. Even in this respect we have reduced the risk of error to the smallest possible degree by investing in software controlled production systems.
There are few other companies of our kind in the UK with such a range of diverse laser equipment under one roof or with staff trained to such a high level as ours. The level of our investment runs to hundreds of thousands of pounds in state-of-the-art technology. With a full time q/c officer and dedicated application technicians we have secured the custom of many world ranking, industry-leading companies.
The structure of our business allows us to offer 24/7 production cycles, when necessary, for very high volume output, however, being a privately owned, family business that started from humble beginnings we are very much aware that some applications require short runs and so we are only too pleased to handle enquiries for low volumes too.
