"Time is Money" as the saying goes. To stay competitive it's vital that our production process is highly efficient. Feedback from many of our clients tells us that fast turnarounds with minimal administration and error free production is essential for almost all jobs. For these and other reasons we have created an on-line production system operating in real time that provides interaction for our staff, our clients and consumers (our clients clients). The system is a totally free service and tailored to allow differing degrees of access and interaction. The main benefits and functions of the service are:
This significantly decreases Administration and massively speeds-up the production process. It also removes errors of communication common with other forms of communication. For example, where a fax may not have transmitted correctly or advice by email is delayed in the transfer process or even removed accidentally, for example, by anti-SPAM software
During production our Customers and the Consumers can Log-in at any time to track the order status as it progresses through our production system. Our Customers only can Log-in to view all orders past and present. This facility is available 24/7 making it the fastest, most convenient way to find out information and the status of a job.
Interaction via the on-line production system minimises errors, minimises administration and speeds-up production. So orders processed through our on-line system transact and complete faster than orders outside of the system. The resulting increase with efficiency allows us to minimise costs and so keep our prices lower.
If there is a delay with receipt of goods, artwork or instructions of approval/amendment the system automatically generates a warning email to advise all parties. This occurs on a daily basis. Therefore, it's not necessary for individuals to remember (or forget!) to manually check for overdue jobs.
Future features of the system will allow for even greater levels of interaction, such as Customer/Consumer amendment of the delivery address and delivery method; the dragging/dropping of artwork to the system, etc.
At every major stage of production email notifications that are specific to the job are sent to both the Customer and, where appropriate, the Consumer (our customers customer)
