Finemarker
Many considered the concept of a high quality flatbed YAG laser as unachievable. Several companies had tried but had not been able to overcome the technology boundaries required to produce such a system. To our knowledge none had tried to combine YAG and CO2 lasers within a single flatbed system. With a focused team of highly talented individuals backed-up by significant resources Trotec succeeded where others had failed to produce Finemarker; nothing less than a technological breakthrough.
The result is an exceptional marking device in many ways. As the name suggests, Finemarker is capable of very fine detail marking to a wide variety of materials. This machine offers seamless marking over a massive 720x430mm area that is simply not possible with a conventional galvo driven YAG laser.
For plastics and metal marking there are two versions of the system; Medium and Strong. Both utilise an Nd:YVO4 (YAG) laser source. Finemarker Medium is ideally specified for plastics marking. Finemarker Strong is a system better suited for plastics and metal marking.
For the ultimate in diversity of application there is Finemarker Hybrid; a system that combines both YAG and CO2 laser technologies rolled-up into one machine to allow the marking of virtually any material.
All versions of Finemarker are driven by the well tried and tested Trotec Job Control software. Like all other Trotec lasers this machine is easy to use, very reliable and highly capable.
