Lotus Laser Systems are available in CO2 and YAG formats with flying optic or galvo beam delivery systems.
The ideal of this brand is to offer highly capable laser marking and cutting technology at a purchase price and running cost far lower than alternative systems manufactured in Europe or the USA. Therefore, Lotus Laser Systems provide an opportunity to many that might not otherwise be able to utilise and benefit from laser technology because historically they could not afford to do so.
Our factory has specialised in the production of industrial laser solutions for over 30 years. The workforce of more than 350 employees (30% of whom hold masters degrees) is exceptionally skilled and experienced in the science, design and working practices of laser marking and cutting technology.
Our factory produces thousands of laser machines per year, making almost everything in house from simple components like the outer housing to complex parts such as laser diode arrays.
This combined with lower cost labour, highly efficient production and large volume sales (providing massive economy of scale), enables us to offer laser solutions that in some cases can cost half as much when compared to European or American manufactured technology in terms of purchase price and running costs.
Laserite holds stock in the UK of all components for all models of Lotus Laser System including major items like laser modules and scan heads. As with all of the products that Laserite supplies, Lotus Laser Systems are supported by long warranty periods and our industry recognised first class technical support and back-up service.
Our control software is amongst the most feature enriched and easy to use available and is developed to our specifications based on our extensive experience with client requirements.
Lotus Laser Systems can provide marking/cutting technology 'off-the-shelf' or to bespoke configurations including fully integrated and/or automated solutions.
