CCD Camera Recognition System
The robust, heavy-duty design and build qualities of the Trotec Pro and S500 machines allows for the addition of productivity enhancing technologies such as CCD Camera Recognition to be fitted to the focus carriage without any detrimental effect to the output quality or speed of the laser cutting process.
Trotec use the I-Cut CCD product, a system with many unique and even patented features that provide for maximum productivity, repeatability and output quality.
The I-Cut hardware and software can be perfectly tuned to recognise positional and alignment irregularities with product placement as well as distortion within the print itself. The I-Cut software will automatically adjust the cutting path to compensate for these anomalies. As a result, set-up times are drastically reduced, productivity is greatly increased and waste through errors almost eliminated.
There are three levels of I-Cut software:
- I-Cut Vision: To adjust for basic positional and rotational misalignment
- I-Cut Vision Lite: As above + any linear stretch or skew distortions
- I-Cut Vision Pro: As above + any angular, partial or irregular stretch or skew distortions.
I-Cut can be added to the machine as a retro-fit device. We highly recommend the I-Cut CCD product for any applications where laser cutting of printed material is required.
