Professional
Compared to most large format CO2 lasers the design of the Professional (Pro) is unique in many ways.
The Pro has the ability to raster engrave to photographic detail as well as vector cut with high precision. It incorporates many of the functionalities of the smaller Benchtop models but with an enhanced motion system to provide greater stability and higher resolution, an up-rated optical beam delivery design to provide consistent power density across the entire work area, custom electronics and while it will run from the same control software as our smaller systems it is also fully compatible with CAD/CAM control software.
Available output power ranges from 85w to 400w with the laser being water-cooled to provide consistent, long-term performance and reliability.
This machine is a Class 2 device for maximum operational safety.
The largest material part that can be loaded is 1.5m x 1.5m with an actual working field of 1.3m x 1.3m.
The Pro machine comes as standard equipped with many hardware and software features that are optional extras for smaller systems within our range.
Using a long focal length lens and pressurised gas assist the Pro excels in output of edge quality and processing rate for cutting. A big machine with great capabilities the Pro system can be fitted with additional devices such as camera recognition and roll feed systems.
The Pro is the powerhouse of our range and ideally suited for high output cutting applications for industries such as acrylic fabrication, sign and woodworking.
